We began our day at 6:30 had breakfast, entered the bus and stayed in there until lunch . We ate at a restaurant next to the highway the food was extraordinary bad, on our whole trip we never had something like this.
Then we continued our road trip for two more hours until we arrived at a mountain were we would do a little hike.
It was hot, about 34 Degrees Celsius. As we arrived we split up into 3 little groups and took a bus to the start of the hike. The walk should take about 20 minutes. As we started climbing up the mountain we realized it would take us more time. When we stopped at the first view point we felt the wind cooling down the sweat that was dropping from our faces. The view was already amazing and we started filling our camera roll. After 5 more minutes we arrived at the highest point which was marked by a big ironed cross. We kept on going taking bunch of pictures when our tour guide started telling us about the national park. But the speech was soon interrupted by a loud noise, that sounded pretty far away. We were wondering were it came from so we looked over the edge of the cliff. Down on the highway was a car turning around; an accident was happening. A Truck hit a car so it turned and was laying on its roof. Instantly a bunch of people came and helped, as we found out later, the pregnant woman out of the crashed car. The tour guide kept on explaining the vegetation of the area. After enjoying the view for a few more moments we started our trail downhill. As we arrived at the point were we started our little hike we could try some fresh made sugar cane juice which something new and very tasty.
Then we soon returned to our tour bus and started driving to our next hotel in Lençóis.
After 2 more hours of bus drive we arrived in our destination. A little city with beautiful colorful houses and old streets.
We spent the next few hours at the pool having a lot of fun and enjoying theAtmosphere of the hotel. After the dinner we had a Brazilian Zumba class were we learned how to dance.
Afterwards we had some more free time and then went sleeping
